Supportive Employment:

IKRON has found over the past fifteen years that its Employment Service (also known as Supportive Employment and Community Employment Service) is a successful job development and job placement program for individuals seeking employment.

Work Adjustment:

All aspects of the work adjustment program are designed to improve work habits and work attitudes with a focus on promptness, neatness, courtesy to others, accepting responsibility, and concern about productivity and quality of work. IKRON offers a series of units to improve work adjustment on a sequential basis and, when indicated, can provide vocational training concurrently.

Work Evalution:

An assessment on an individuals work skills.

Job Coaching:

Job coaching is available for individuals who have obtained employment.

Job Development and Placement:

Individual and group job development and placement services are available for individuals who are work ready.
